When you use the price estimator, quote form, or chat widget, we may collect:

• Your name and mobile number (verified by OTP before a quote is shown)
• Your city or area and, optionally, your email address and notes
• Details about the item you want to sell: category, brand, model, condition, accessories
• If you type a phone number into the chat widget, it is captured as a lead at that moment
• Your mobile number is captured when you request an OTP, before verification completes, so we can follow up if you do not finish

We do not collect payment details; payment is made in person at pickup.

Your contact and gear details are used to generate your price estimate, schedule your doorstep pickup, send you an order confirmation (if you provide an email address), and notify our team so they can call you to coordinate.

All order and lead records are stored in a secure cloud database. To operate the service, we share your information with third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed, including:

• Cloud hosting and database providers — to store your order and lead records
• Communication providers — to send order confirmations and internal team notifications, and to deliver OTP verification messages
• Security providers — to verify that requests are genuine and prevent abuse

These providers may process your data outside India. We do not sell your personal data.

This site loads Google Tag Manager (GTM-PRWXNQB2), which enables Google Analytics 4 (G-X83EMX1JFG) and may enable Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools use cookies and collect anonymised behavioural data — button clicks, funnel steps, scroll depth, and quote values (₹ amounts). Based on a review of the site's tracking code, your name, phone, and email are not included in these events; however, what Google Tag Manager collects also depends on its dashboard configuration, which is separate from this site's source code. Google may transfer analytics data outside India.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@neofy.online. We will delete your data from our Firestore database where we have direct control. We cannot guarantee deletion from emails already delivered, third-party service logs, or Telegram messages, as those are outside our direct control. We will aim to respond within 5 business days.

Order and lead records are retained in our cloud database for as long as necessary to complete your transaction and for reasonable business purposes thereafter. You may request earlier deletion — see §6.

You may cancel your sell request at any time before the Neofy team arrives for pickup. There are no cancellation charges or penalties. Simply call or email us and we will close your order immediately.

The online estimate is indicative and based on the information you provide. If the actual condition of the gear differs from what was described, our team may revise the offer at the time of inspection. You are under absolutely no obligation to accept a revised price - you may decline and keep your gear at no cost.

Once you agree to the final offer and hand over the gear, payment is made instantly via UPI, NEFT, or IMPS at the time of pickup. The transaction is considered complete at this point.

Once the transaction is completed and payment has been made, Neofy does not offer buy-back or return of the sold gear. We encourage sellers to confirm they are satisfied with the offer before handing over equipment.

If you believe there has been an error or dispute regarding your transaction, please contact us at contact@neofy.online within 48 hours of the pickup. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

In the rare event of a payment transfer failure at the time of pickup, our team will reattempt the transfer immediately. If unresolved, we will settle within 24 hours via an alternative method agreed upon with the seller.
